Yes. Go to Journal → Import, download the template, then drop CSV or XLSX exports. Map the columns, review the duplicate preview, and hit Process—jobs stream to the server and we toast when analytics refresh.

How do I edit or delete trades?

Open Journal → Trades, select the row, choose Edit or Delete, and save. Deletions drop from analytics after the next refresh—export first if you still need a copy.

Yes. Trades and sessions accept uploads up to 5 MB per file. Files stay in Supabase storage and download via the same Export page.

Do you connect to brokers or place trades?

No. TradeReality is read-only. You log trades manually or by CSV, and we never hit broker APIs or execution channels.

How do I request full deletion?

Log out/in, open /app to refresh purchase intents, and wait five minutes. If it stays Free, send the Ko-fi receipt ID so we can attach the redemption manually.

How do I cancel or downgrade?

In Ko-fi go to Memberships → TradeReality → Manage → Cancel/Downgrade. Ko-fi stops future charges immediately; TradeReality updates when Ko-fi confirms.

Can I switch the email used on Ko-fi?

Use the same email on Ko-fi and TradeReality for automatic sync. If you must change, update Ko-fi first, then contact support to align your account.

Do donations change my tier?

No. Donations fund development but do not unlock features. Only memberships change tiers.

App feels stuck or slow after an import.

Large CSV/XLSX batches process in server-side chunks. Keep the tab open until the toast confirms completion. If the job stalls, split the file into ~200 trade segments so the queue can drain quickly.

Reality Check is empty for today’s session.

Add at least one trade with size, stop, target, and an intent note, then hit Refresh inside the console. Missing fields are called out in the warning banner.

I never received the verification email.
