How Ko-fi membership unlocks features
Use this walkthrough before requesting help—following the steps below solves 95% of unlock questions without waiting.

Voluntary Supporter contributions unlock software features like Reality Check, advanced analytics, and Goal Lab tools you configure yourself. Donations are optional tips, do not unlock anything, and never influence assistant logic.

Step 1
Log in to TradeReality
Sign in first so the unlock can sync with your account the moment you return.
Step 2
Open the Support page
From the app header choose Support → How it works. This page always holds the Ko-fi buttons.
Step 3
Choose a membership on Ko-fi
Ko-fi lists the Supporter contribution (€9). Supporter Pro (€17) is rolling out via early access, so pick the Pro option when you see it or email support after contributing—these are optional support unlocks for software only.
Step 4
Use the same email
Enter the exact email you use for TradeReality. That is how we match the contribution to your account.
Step 5
Return to the app
Ko-fi shows a success screen. Come back here and the unlock happens automatically—no codes or screenshots needed.
Ko-fi will ask you to confirm the Supporter contribution after you click the button. Contributions keep the project running; donations remain a tip only and will never change your plan.
Dashboard shows a green banner that says “Membership active”.
Profile → Account now displays your Supporter badge along with the note “Membership active”.
No screenshots or codes are needed. Simply return to the app while logged in.
Use the same email
Ko-fi needs the email that lives in your TradeReality account so we can unlock the right profile.
Membership tiers
Supporter (€9) unlocks Reality Check plus extended analytics. Supporter Pro (€17, early access) adds Goal Lab + Systems Thinking. Both tiers are optional support contributions processed by Ko-fi.
Donation love
Donations are a thank-you gesture. They are recorded as support notes but will not unlock Reality Check or Goal Lab tools.
Choosing “One-time donation” on Ko-fi sends a tip and nothing else. It does not unlock features, change your tier, or alter how the assistant reads your data, and it cannot be converted into a membership later. If you want Reality Check, extended analytics, or Goal Lab tools, always pick the membership option.
If someone messages you first claiming to be TradeReality or promising funding, ignore and forward the message to support@trade-reality.com. We only reply from the support inbox and never ask for deposits, account credentials, or screenshots of broker statements.
